(2) Liquidity Incentive Program

• High-yield LP mining for CSM/USDT and CSM/BNB pairs (APY: 60%–150%)

• Bonus veCSM rewards for early liquidity providers

(3) Foundation for RWA and AI

• Launch CosmHub (testnet) with support for tokenized bond issuance

• Release CosmFund Alpha with integrated DeFi protocol support

Activation Criteria

• TVL ≥ $100 million

• CSM market cap ≥ $50 million

Phase 1 establishes CosmFinance’s early capital base — setting the stage for launching its sovereign blockchain.
