To ensure protocol governance remains secure, transparent, and tamper-resistant, CosmBank employs a multi-layered defense architecture.
⏱️ Timelock Protection
All critical governance actions are subject to a 48-hour timelock before execution.
This allows the community time to review, respond, or counter malicious proposals before changes go live.
🔐 Multisig Oversight
Major upgrades and core smart contract changes require approval by a 4-of-7 multisig wallet.
This prevents unilateral control and adds a layer of human verification for high-risk actions.
🔄 Delegation Flexibility
veCSM holders can change or revoke their delegated voting rights at any time.
This prevents long-term concentration of governance power and allows users to actively adjust trust and representation.
