Goal: Begin development of the CosmChain sovereign blockchain, leveraging verified liquidity infrastructure.

Technical Milestones

(1) CosmChain Testnet Launch

• Build and deploy Proof of Liquidity (PoL) prototype

• Launch cross-chain bridge connector (BNB Chain ↔ CosmChain)

• Deploy dual-runtime EVM-compatible environment

(2) Ecosystem Migration Readiness

• Develop 1:1 CSM cross-chain mapping contracts

• Implement whitelisting mechanism for LP migration

Key Indicators

• Minimum 3-month testnet validation period

• 20% of CSM supply locked prior to mainnet launch

Phase 2 focuses on translating liquidity success into protocol sovereignty — building the infrastructure foundation for a cross-chain native DeFi economy.
