Governance System
The CosmBank protocol is governed and upgraded through a three-layer governance model, driven by veCSM (vote-escrowed CSM) holders:
veCSM – The governance token
Governor Alpha – The on-chain governance contract
Multisig Wallet – For secure execution and emergency oversight
These components work together to empower the community to propose, vote on, and implement protocol changes.
Governance actions may include modifying system parameters, enabling/disabling strategies, deploying new modules, or upgrading existing logic — enabling dynamic, community-driven protocol evolution.
